On August 8th 2017, SANDMINE crushing and screening plant for the world giant cement company Holcim with output capacity of 350TPH has finished installation and commissioning in Viet Nam. The whole solution and machines are offered by SANDMINE. The raw material is limestone with the output capacity of 350TPH. The major machines are VF1349 vibrating feeder, JCH443 hydraulic jaw crusher, GIC459 impact crusher and 2GVSH3075 vibrating screen.

JCH series hydraulic jaw crusher has adopted world’s most advanced crushing technology and research achievement; it is the new crushers with the world’s advanced level, which are successfully developed by using finite element analysis method based on years’ experience on jaw crusher design and manufacture. The cavity is engineered in symmetrical V type, providing a good steep angle of the toggle plate, a long stoke and reasonable running speed, which enables a larger size of feeding material, high output capacity and better gradation, also reduces wear on the jaw plate.
