In another project, SANDMINE GHP3000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher worked together with European famous brand cone crusher as secondary crushing section. The customer use SANDMINE GHP3000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher take place the spring cone crusher. After three years operation, the feedback from customer, GHP3000 cone crusher is running stably with high production and energy saving. In addition, the shape is good with low content of needle-like particles and the gradation is reasonable.

The previous crushing plant used 3 units spring cone crusher. At the beginning of 2017, when reform the production line, the customer used SANDMINE GHP4000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher to take place one of the spring cone crushers as secondary crushing machine. After operation, we get the feedback from customer: the crushing efficiency is highly increased; the amount of returned material has been greatly reduced; the product shape has been greatly improved; the output capacity has increased by 30%. GHP4000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher is running stably; and the customer is very satisfied with it.

In 2015, the customer use SANDMINE GHP4000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher to take place the spring cone crusher reforming the crushing plant. The fine crushing efficiency and output capacity are greatly increased and the product shape improved.

In the beginning of 2014, the customer reformed the previous crushing plant, which adopted the European famous brand cone crusher as secondary crushing machine. While this single machine is far from meet the production. The customer chose SANDMINE GHP3000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher worked together with European famous brand cone crusher as secondary crushing section. On June 2014, SANDMINE GHP3000 high-performance hydraulic cone crusher has a highly production and stability, which reach the international top level. Its performance is favorable to compare with European famous brand cone crusher. The customers are very satisfied with SANDMINE ultra-high cost performance products. And in the following two year, this customer purchased two more GHP3000 high-performance hydraulic cone crushers.
