Rotating shaft is rotated by bearing support, so it is not only a heavy load part, but also a part easy to wear and tear.

1.Failure checking

Inspection in operation: If the rolling bearing is short of oil, it will make unusual sound. If it makes discontinuous unusual sound , it may be that the bearing ring is broken. When the bearing is mixed with sand and other debris or parts of the bearing are slightly worn, it will produce slight noise.

Inspection after demolition: First inspect the crusher bearing roller, inner and outer rings, whether they are damaged, rusted, scarred and so on, then pinch the inner rings of the bearing with hand, and make he bearing flat, the other hand pushes the outer rings forcefully. If the bearing is good, the out rings should rotate smoothly, there is no obvious vibration and stuck phenomenon in rotation, and there is no retrogression phenomenon in the outer rings after shopping rotation. The left hand holds the outer ring, the right hand holds the inner ring, and pushes it in one direction. If it feels loose when pushing, it will be worn seriously.

2.Troubleshooting: The rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be erased with sandpaper and then cleaned in gasoline; or when the bearing is cracked, the inner and outer rings are broken or the bearing is over-worn, new bearings should be replaced. When replacing new bearings, the same bearings as the original type should be selected.

Corrective maintenance of rotating shaft

Shaft wear: When the wear of the shaft is small, the shaft can be plate with a layer of chromium, and then grinded to the required size; when the wear is large, surfacing welding can be carried out on the shaft, then cutting and polishing on the lathe. If the shaft wear is too large, turning 2-3nn on the shaft, then turning a set of cylinders, while hot sleeve on the axle diameter, and then turning to the required size.

Corrective maintenance of stator and rotor core

They are all made of insulated silicon steel sheets, which are the magnetic circuit parts of the motor. The damage and deformation of stator and rotor cores are mainly caused by the following reasons.

(1)The excessive wear and tear of crusher bearings or poor transfer cause friction between stator and rotor, damage the surface of iron core, short circuit between silicon steel sheets and increase of iron loss of motor are caused by excessive temperature rise of motor. At this time, the use of tools such as files to remove burrs, eliminate short joints of silicon steel sheets, clean up after painting insulation paint, and heating and drying.

(2)When removing the old winding, excessive force is exerted to make the alveolus skew and open outwards. At this time, the use of sharp tongs, wooden hammers and other tools to trim, so that the alveolar reduction, and not easy to reset between the cracked silicon steel sheets to add green paper, gluewood board and other hard insulation materials.

(3)The surface of iron core is corroded due to dampness and other reasons. At this time, it is necessary to use sandpaper to polish and then apply insulating paint after cleaning.

(4)The grounding around the group produces high heat to burn the iron core groove or tooth. Can use chisel or scraper and other tools to remove the deposits clean, coated with insulating paint to dry.

(5)The combination between the iron core and the machine base is loose, and the original positioning screw can be tightened. If the positioning screw fails, the positioning hole can be re-drilled and tapped on the machine base, and the positioning screw can be tightened.
