A company produces a large amount of dust in the production process of mine resources, which pollute the environment and cause great harm to the health of the workers, so it is necessary to find a way to solve the dust in the processing of stone production line.

At present, in the production of the crusher, there are some problems in the removal of dust, mainly including:

1. The filter area of bag dust collector is too small and the actual air flow is insufficient. It is difficult to form micro negative pressure in the dust removal cover and crusher cavity, so the dust is relatively large.

2. When the material is wet, the dust particles entering the dust collector are larger, the bag dust collector is easy to paste, the discharge device is easy to clog, the ventilation resistance of the bag dust collector is greatly increased, the ventilation capacity is decreased, and the dust is raised seriously.

3. The dust enters the pipeline of the dust collector, and the elbow at the inlet pipe of the dust collector increases the resistance of the system, and the elbow part is easy to be worn and blocked by the dust. The electricity consumption and maintenance are increased by adopting the spiral conveyor , the division wheel needs to be disassembled often, the air leakage of the lower feeder flange is prolonged, and the dust is increased.

4. During the falling process of the material on the belt conveyor, the air and the material enter to the dust removal cover together, and the dusty gas diffuses to the outside through the crevice and orifice in the cover wall, which pollutes the environment. In addition, due to improperly setting of the dust removal point at the corner of the belt conveyor, the dust collector effect is not good.

5. In order to reduce the dust caused by the air leakage from the crusher's shell, when the material is dry, usually dripping water at the entrance of the crusher, which aggravates the blockage of the bag paste bag and the discharge hopper. Because bag dust collector is intermittent dust cleaning, when the dust collector is working normally, the air leakage of the separator wheel is also a serious problem.

6. There are many faults of bag dust remover and accessories, which not only affect the normal dust removal, but also increase the maintenance work. From the maintenance data,the poor quality of accessory equipment is the important cause of equipment failure.

In view of the existing problems, some technical measures need to be improved.

1. The bag dust remover at the corner of the crusher and belt conveyor is made of waterproof and oil-proof material. Bag type dust collector adopt outside arrangement, heat preservation and waterproof treatment of the shell. To ensure reliable operation of the equipment, purchase reliable brands and models to reduce the failure rate of the equipment.

2. The process of bag dust collector is improved and the dust catcher is arranged according to the direction of belt conveyor, and the standard type ash bucket of bag type dust catcher is transformed into double ash bucket structure, which is beneficial to the arrangement of inlet duct. The inlet box is arranged at the inlet so that the dust is directly into the inlet box of the dust collector, thus saving the elbow, reducing the resistance of the system, and improving the dust collection efficiency. The single-layer flip-plate valve is adopted in the ash hopper, the separator and its motor are eliminated, which reduce secondary dust raising and increase dust removal effect.

3. The dust on the corner of the belt conveyor is subject to the on-site condition, and the chute and the dust removal cover cannot be changed, the dust removal cover is in the micro-negative pressure state to eliminate the dust of the belt conveyor.

4. In order to prolong the service life of filter material and pulse valve, and to improve the comprehensive dust removal effect of crusher and belt conveyor, when crushing dry material, appropriate water can be drifted at the material entrance of crusher according to the need (required after crusher working 10~20min).

5. Strengthen the management of the dust removal equipment, regularly check the closed condition of the dust removal cover, and timely handle the problems. The dust monitoring shall be carried out on a regular basis, and the maintenance level of the dust removal equipment shall be improved to minimize the dust pollution.

Through the improvement of technical measures, the dust removal effect has been greatly improved.

1. After revamping, the dust content at the corner of the crusher and belt conveyor reached the design requirements, and the dust emission could hardly be seen at the outlet of the dust collector.
