According to Vietnam 《investment news》, Vietnam transportation department council meeting approved the highway construction(from Bac Giang to TP. Lang Son) feasibility report. This way begins from 45+100 kilometers and ends to 108+500 kilometers, and connects with No. 1 high way from 1+800 kilometers to 106+500 kilometers part. This project adopts BOT investment, the total investment amount is 709 million dollars. 

As reported, this project will build new 63.5 kilometers four-lane highway with width of 25-33 meters, and improve No. 1 high way of 110.2 kilometers, the car speed will be increased to 100 kilometers per hour. In the total 700 million dollars, 370 million dollars will be used for way construction, 50.15 million dollars will be used for houses removing. The whole project will be finished before 2018.
