Recently we have customer say that they found the screen they bought from Sandmine machinery can screen the final products sufficiently, that means in the material pile of 5-10mm finals products, the products below 5mm take large proportion. 

According to this question, our engineer suggests that: the reason for the screen can screen insufficiently maybe caused by the screen mesh jam. As the screen mesh of 5mm is very small, if the material not very clean, it is easy to be blocked. 

The solution is following:

1. Make sure the material is clean.

2. Install the eccentric block of the screen to increase the amplitude of vibration.
