Recently, we heard from customer complain that the final products with many needle shape products after crushed by cone crusher. Knowing this, our chief engineer discussed with the site installation engineer and suggested as following:

1.Check whether the material structure problem. Some stones with severe weathering are easy to get needle shape products. With the exploitation of the surface material, the products shape will be better. 

2.Make sure the materials are clean without soli and other varies after primary crushing.  

3.Make the cone crusher works in full cavity condition.

4.If the problem is still serious, we suggest adding a vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping the final products.
