Do you know how to dispose the iron ore? Several processes are needed.

Primary Crushing: Initially, the raw iron ore is fed into a Jaw Crusher, which breaks down large chunks into smaller particles. Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame part, eccentric shaft rotation part, crushing chamber working part, safety device, discharge port adjustment device and other parts. The crushing mode is curved extrusion type: the motor drives the belt pulley, then the belt pulley drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw swing up and down. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split; when the movable jaw and the movable jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw works periodically to crush and discharge materials to achieve continuous production.

Secondary Crushing: The crushed ore particles, needing further reduction in size, are then fed into a Cone Crusher, further breaking down the iron ore into smaller granules.

Screening and Grading: The crushed ore particles undergo screening through vibrating screens or other screening equipment. This process sorts the ore particles by size, facilitating subsequent processing. Storage and Conveying: Finally, the suitable ore particles are either stored or conveyed via conveyor belts or similar equipment for further processing in subsequent ore beneficiation processes.

These steps constitute the general process of iron ore crushing. While variations may exist in the crushing processes of different scales and types of iron ore, these equipment and steps generally follow a similar pattern.
