Coal Gangue

People pay more attention to coal, but often ignore the role of coal gangue. Sandmine works with Colombian customer to create a benchmark project of coal gangue recycling. At the request of the customer, we first conducted a visit to the project site, and finally finalized the process solution after several rounds of communication. The core equipment of the project is Sandmine impact crusher, which has strong crushing capacity, good products shape, reasonable grading, hydraulic opening and adjusting device make the operation more convenient.

Waste rock produced after mining can actually be used, and Sandmine has concerned about this from very early time and taken action about waste rock disposal. This project is a cooperation with a stone factory in Australia, and we configured two parallel impact crushers and spring cone crushers, which have a very good crushing effect on both hard and soft rock. There are four specifications of the finished material, the quality of the finished product is out of customer’s expectation. They say that Chinese brand performance is even better than the well-known world brand.

Tuff is a kind of volcanic fragment rock, mainly composed of volcanic ash, which is mainly distributed in eastern China. Tuff is commonly used as a building material, and can also be used as a raw material for making cement and for extracting potassium fertilizer. Sandmine provided complete set of equipment for the project, and cooperated with the installation and commissioning work. Customers say that Sandmine's equipment has excellent technology, high efficiency and reliable quality.
