Gold Ore

This project is located in the Siberian region of Russia, the working environment is relatively harsh, so the requirements for the working stability of the equipment are very high. The customer launched a global investigation and finally elected Sandmine. In order to complete the project better, we sent engineers to take field measurements in spite of the cold, and overcame many difficulties to put the project into production on schedule. Customers gave us trust, we also paid great efforts to complete the task, this is the sense of mission of Sandmine people.

Due to the trust to Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises, customers chose Saandmine after inspecting a number of manufacturing enterprises. We specially sent engineers to Mongolia for field survey, give a reasonable production line configuration. Three sets of different models of same series multi-cylinder cone crusher is bright spot of this project. The customer give high praise to the full hydraulic insurance system, lubrication system and discharge port adjustment, saving time and labor and safer. At present, the production line is very stable.

The project was successfully put into operation in April 2015. The customer visited another Sandmine iron ore crushing production line working site before purchase. The equipment runs smoothly, the quality is good, the failure rate is low, the capacity and profit are good. We designed two multi-cylinder full hydraulic cone crushers and one multi-cylinder spring cone crusher for customer, both of which are based on the principle of layer crushing, with low wear rate and good finished product shape. The production line has run for many years, we are regularly contact with the customer to know the working condition and get positive feedback from customer.
