GSD series German type heavy duty grinding mill system includes mill main machine, powder separator, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, storage bin, dust collector, pipe device, cyclone powder collector, electric control cabinet, motor and so on.
The process is as following: large size material is broken by jaw crusher to required particle size, the crushed material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then be sent to the grinding chamber uniformly and continuously by electromagnetic vibration feeder. The material after grinding is sent to the powder separator by the blower air flow for grading. Under the action of the impeller of the powder separator, the material that does not meet the fineness requirements falls into the mill chamber for re-grinding, and the qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow through the pipes for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged by the discharge device. The air flow enters to the blower through the wind pipe above the cyclone collector. The whole system is a closed circulation system and operates under positive and negative pressure.
