The project was successfully put into operation in April 2015. The customer visited another Sandmine iron ore crushing production line working site before purchase. The equipment runs smoothly, the quality is good, the failure rate is low, the capacity and profit are good. We designed two multi-cylinder full hydraulic cone crushers and one multi-cylinder spring cone crusher for customer, both of which are based on the principle of layer crushing, with low wear rate and good finished product shape. The production line has run for many years, we are regularly contact with the customer to know the working condition and get positive feedback from customer.

Waste rock produced after mining can actually be used, and Sandmine has concerned about this from very early time and taken action about waste rock disposal. This project is a cooperation with a stone factory in Australia, and we configured two parallel impact crushers and spring cone crushers, which have a very good crushing effect on both hard and soft rock. There are four specifications of the finished material, the quality of the finished product is out of customer’s expectation. They say that Chinese brand performance is even better than the well-known world brand.

The production line adopts the classic configuration of jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine, using the principle of layer crushing and stone to stone crushing, with both functions of shaping and sand making, with high efficiency, high capacity, excellent finished products shape and good comprehensive benefit. In addition, the production line also adopts advanced intelligent control system, which can realize real-time monitoring of the field operation status.
